Appointed Chief Property Officer of Perth Airport in 2022, Dan Sweet leads Skyfields' $1.5 billion investment portfolio alongside a further $1.5 billion development pipeline. He plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the Airport Estate, aligning development, investment and asset management with community, social value and commercial outcomes.
Under Dan’s leadership, the Skyfields brand was conceived and launched in November 2024, articulating a precinct-led approach to one of Australia’s most significant urban development projects. With multiple new projects underway and the first major land release since the Airport's privatisation in 1997, Dan is the driving force behind Skyfields' vision to create vibrant, connected places for businesses, local residents and visitors to WA.
With more than 20 years’ experience, Dan has led major city-shaping projects including the Ritz-Carlton Perth and Towers at Elizabeth Quay, and held senior roles with Far East Consortium, Development WA and Mirvac. He serves on the boards of Kai Fella Foundation and the WA Indigenous Tourism Council.
Stacey Hanrahan is a senior property leader with more than 20 years’ experience managing and optimising large-scale commercial portfolios. As General Manager Property Investment at Skyfields, she oversees a $1.5 billion portfolio of blue-chip industrial, logistics, aviation, office and retail assets. With a vacancy rate of less than 1%, she has established long-term partnerships with clients based on an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of quality and service.
Stacey brings a disciplined, insight-led approach to asset management, underpinned by strong market understanding and commercial rigour. A highly regarded people leader, she has built a high-performing and collaborative team culture focused on accountability, trust and results. Her career includes senior roles in property management with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where she led major leasing, capital and portfolio strategies for institutional clients.
Clay Thomas is a senior property leader with more than 15 years’ experience delivering major mixed-use, commercial and industrial developments across Western Australia. As General Manager Property Development at Skyfields, he leads a multidisciplinary development team and is responsible for driving project origination, structuring and delivery across a diverse portfolio.
Clay is known for his strong commercial acumen and ability to translate complex development opportunities into viable, delivery-focused outcomes. His leadership spans the full development lifecycle from partnership formation and stakeholder engagement to approvals and execution, with a focus on unlocking value and managing risk at scale.
Beyond his executive role, Clay is an active contributor to the broader development and community sector. He serves on the Perth Football League Board and is a member of the UDIA Education, Connection & Excellence Strategic Committee, and has previously held advisory roles with the University of Western Australia.
He holds qualifications in Geography and Environmental Management from UWA, along with Applied Finance, underpinning his integrated approach to development strategy and delivery.
