Aishling Waldron

Asset Manager

As Asset Manager, Aishling is responsible for leasing, stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy for Skyfields’ office portfolio, which includes long-term partners such as Rio Tinto, Byrnecut and Arc Infrastructure. She plays a key role in making the office park a great place to work through delivery of high-quality amenities and events such as the regular Skyfields Community Markets.

She was closely involved in the delivery of Dunreath Village shopping centre with anchor tenant Woolworths, introducing everyday convenience to the growing community and businesses around the Redcliffe Station Precinct. She is especially proud of the town centre’s success in elevating the area with thoughtful design, greater amenity and spaces for businesses and people to connect.

After almost three years with Skyfields, Aishling enjoys the variety of her role and the opportunity to have an impact through legacy projects – particularly the ongoing evolution of Redcliffe Metro (Airport West) precinct. She is excited by the vision to shape a vibrant destination for work and leisure, in an area traditionally associated with catching a plane at Terminals 3 and 4. For Aishling, the ‘One Airport’ consolidation project that will see all flight operations shift to Terminals 1 and 2, is an incredible opportunity to inspire bold ideas for high-value commercial developments across the broader estate.
