Amanda Jacobs
Over a nearly 19-year career at Perth Airport spanning both property management and development, Amanda has progressed from Leasing Administrator to Senior Development Manager. She leads complex projects including the planning and delivery of constrained greenfield land, sequencing services, access and approvals to unlock future development. A member of the Perth Airport Reconciliation Action Plan committee, she is collaborating with Whadjuk Traditional Custodians to develop an Aboriginal Heritage Master Plan that will be embedded into Skyfields projects.
Amanda is also overseeing delivery of the highly-anticipated Pullman Perth Airport in partnership with Accor - the airport's first hotel - along with key projects in the aviation support precinct as part of the One Airport consolidation.
Beyond property, Amanda is passionate about developing people. She actively mentors emerging professionals and Curtin University property students, is a member of the the Property Council Retail & Hotel Committee, and participates in initiatives such as the Property Council's Girls in Property program.
