Assistant Development Manager

A former town planner, Bec brings a unique perspective and keen insight on mixed-use precincts to her role as Assistant Development Manager with Skyfields. Her work ranges from development of greenfields land to aviation adjacent built form as well as playing a role in shaping precinct strategy.

Passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for communities, she has contributed to the Skyfields Vision Plan and Perth Airport Master Plan to help set the direction for one of Australia’s largest urban development projects. She is especially excited about the Redcliffe Metro town centre precinct, and the vision to deliver green spaces and public realm amenities to serve local residents, visitors and the broader Western Australian community. 

As a member of the UDIA Outlook Committee and Property Education Foundation, Bec supports other emerging industry professionals through education, collaboration and career pathways within the urban development sector.

Favourite spot within the Perth Airport Estate
As the fiance of a FIFO worker, I spend a lot of time in Terminal 1 and so the arrivals area is my favourite part of the estate. Love Actually did get it right that airport arrivals areas are pretty spectacular.
