After starting his career in property management and retail leasing Brad joined Skyfields in 2023 where he is responsible for major retail and mixed-use developments in the growing town centre. He leverages his experience across leasing, asset management and development to apply a commercially grounded, tenant-led approach to project delivery. His recent projects include the Stage 2 expansion of Dunreath Village - which was recognised as WA's Best Retail Development at the 2026 WA Property Awards - and multiple QSR sites including McDonald’s and KFC. 

Away from work, Brad brings the same leadership mindset to the community. He has served as captain of the Mundijong Centrals Football Club since 2020, mentoring younger players and contributing to the club's direction as a committee member. Whether on a project team or a football field, Brad is passionate about developing people, building strong cultures and achieving collective success.
