Premier office goods supplier Officeworks opened their state-of-the-art 19,500sqm distribution centre in 2023. The centre features 150 solar-powered autonomous mobile robots, and has boosted the capacity of Officeworks' footprint in WA.

Epiroc is one of the world's leading providers of mining equipment and services. Their Perth operations have been headquartered in Airport South since 2005, encompassing a relocation, major renovation, as well as the construction of a new purpose-built training facility in partnership with Perth Airport.

In 2021, Perth Airport delivered a purpose-built industrial office and warehouse for Hybrid Systems, a renewable energy service provider now part of Pacific Energy. Spanning over 7,500sqm, the campus has allowed them to expand their services to include design, manufacturing, testing, commission, and servicing of their hybrid renewable energy and storage systems.
