Project Overview
DFO Perth is a premium outlet shopping destination located within the Airport Estate, developed as a $150 million 50/50 joint venture between Perth Airport and Vicinity Centres.
Delivered over a 15-month construction period, the 24,000sqm centre comprises more than 100 tenancies, bringing together a mix of international and Australian brands including Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, Kate Spade, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Nike. A casual dining precinct, children’s play area and 1,500 car parking bays support a convenient, all-day retail experience.
With 80% of Perth’s population within a 30 minute drive, DFO attracts over 2 million shoppers per year.
As a key retail anchor located near major highways and Redcliffe Train Station, the centre plays an important role in driving visitation and supporting the continued evolution of the Airport Estate as a mixed-use destination.
