Dunreath Village Neighbourhood Shopping Centre

Project Snapshot

Project Overview

Dunreath Village is a neighbourhood shopping centre located adjacent to Redcliffe Train Station, delivering early retail amenity at the heart of Skyfields’ growing town centre.

Delivered in two stages, the centre brings together national anchors, specialty retail and food and beverage, designed to serve local residents, nearby office park employees, and the broader airport community. Stage 1 introduced Woolworths, Priceline and Sushi Hub in 2023, followed by Stage 2 expansion with a flagship Dan Murphy’s, Orah Café and additional amenity in 2025.

Positioned within walking distance of public transport, suburban homes in Redcliffe, and major shopping destinations DFO and Costco, the centre plays an important role in supporting a connected, accessible and evolving urban precinct.

The design of Dunreath Village prioritises walkability, activation and everyday convenience.

A strong pedestrian focus connects the centre to Redcliffe Train Station, with landscaped public areas and alfresco dining creating an active and welcoming environment throughout the day. The architecture draws on aviation-inspired forms, with a distinctive canopy that anchors the public realm while providing shade and weather protection.

Public art forms an integral part of the experience, including a large-scale mural by artist Cale Hummerston that adds colour, vibrancy and a sense of place, and marks the beginning of a broader public art trail across the precinct.

Dunreath Village has quickly established itself as a high-performing neighbourhood centre, building early momentum for the transit-oriented metro precinct.

The staged delivery enabled the centre to evolve in response to demand, with expansion occurring less than two years after opening. Strong tenant performance and consistent customer uptake reflect the centre’s strategic location and integrated mix of uses.
