Office Park Expansion

Project Snapshot

Project Overview

This purpose-built, three-storey building for long-term tenant Arc Infrastructure is Perth's first suburban office in more than seven years, providing 4,025 sqm of office space on a 7,600 sqm site.

Practical completion was achieved in July 2026, with the building now progressing to its internal fitout ahead of becoming a fully operational workplace.

The development expands Skyfields' established office park, which is home to tenants including Rio Tinto, Arc Infrastructure, Byrnecut Mining, Whadjuk Corporation and Perth Airport’s corporate headquarters.

Its position within the evolving Redcliffe Station precinct places it at the centre of one of Australia’s most significant urban development programs.

Strategically located within a transit-oriented precinct just 15 minutes from Perth CBD, the office park benefits from excellent connectivity to major roads, Redcliffe Station and airport terminals. Employees also enjoy walkable access to cafés, childcare, a 24-hour gym, green open space and community markets, with major retailers including Costco, Woolworths, Dan Murphy’s and DFO located just minutes away.
