Project Overview
This purpose-built, three-storey building for Arc Infrastructure is Perth's first suburban office in over 7 years, providing 4,025sqm of office space on a 7,600sqm site.
It expands upon Skyfields' established office park that is home to long-term tenants including Rio Tinto, Byrnecut Mining and Perth Airport corporate offices.
Its position within the evolving Redcliffe Station precinct places it at the centre of one of Australia’s most significant urban development programs.
Strategically located within a transit-oriented precinct 12 kilometres from Perth CBD, the office park benefits from excellent connectivity, including walking-distance access to Redcliffe Train Station, Dunreath Village shopping centre, DFO and Costco.
