Pacific Energy WA Headquarters

Project Snapshot

Project Overview

Skyfields is developing a new 17,100sqm headquarters for Pacific Energy, a leading provider of sustainable and hybrid energy solutions across Australia.

The project brings together large-format industrial capability with contemporary office space, creating an integrated headquarters that reflects the scale and evolution of the business. The facility has been designed to accommodate both advanced manufacturing and corporate functions within a single, highly flexible footprint.

At its core is an 11,900sqm high-truss workshop, equipped with an ESFR fire system to enable dual use as a warehouse if required. The workshop includes four overhead 40-tonne cranes with dual 20-tonne hoists, supporting large-scale fabrication and assembly.

This is complemented by 5,200sqm of office space and a two-level podium car park, providing a high-quality workplace environment for up to 400 employees.

The site offers direct access to major transport routes and close proximity to Perth Airport’s terminals and surrounding industrial infrastructure. Its location within Tonkin Connect places Pacific Energy at the centre of a growing industrial and logistics precinct, supporting both operational efficiency and connectivity to key markets.
